   Discounts apply only to selected watches and jewellery items as marked in-store and/or online. Availability may vary by location.

   Some promotional items may be displayed in-store.

3. Pricing and Discounts
   All discounts are applied to the original marked price. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or loyalty program unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns and Exchanges
   Sale items are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our standard return policy, unless marked as final sale. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

5. Product Availability
   All offers are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to withdraw or amend the promotion without prior notice.

6. Errors and Omissions
   While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing and product information, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

10% off wedding rings terms and conditions

1. This promotion starts on Thursday 2nd October 2025.
2. To be eligible for this promotion you must have purchased an engagement ring from Robert Gatward on or after Thursday 2nd October 2025 unless agreed otherwise by a Robert Gatward representative.
3. Both online and instore engagement ring purchases are eligible for this promotion.
4. To redeem your 10% off in store this will be applied at the point of sale by a Robert Gatward representative with the presentation of a valid receipt.
5. To redeem your 10% off online we will send you a unique discount code upon presentation of a valid receipt.
6. Robert Gatward reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. There is no cash alternative.

3. This promotion starts Thursday 29th March 2024.
4. The gift voucher will arrive via email separately to your order.
5. The gift voucher cannot be used against the qualifying purchase item.
6. The gift voucher can only be used once. For example, if you receive a £250 gift voucher and redeem against item/s to the value of £200, your total payable will be £0 but you will forfeit the remaining £50.
7. The gift voucher can be used in conjunction with a debit/credit card or paypal payment. For example, if you receive a £250 gift voucher and redeem against an item to the value of £300, your total payable will be £50 via debit/credit card or paypal.
8. The gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with orders placed via V12 finance.
9. This offer is limited to one gift voucher per watch.

12. Refund of original qualifying purchases is available within our normal returns terms and conditions.
13. The gift voucher will be deemed invalid if the original qualifying purchase is being return for a refund.
14. If the original qualifying purchase is being returned for a refund but the gift voucher has been redeemed, the subsequent item/s purchased must also be returned or paid in full.
15. The gift voucher cannot be redeemed on Rolex, Sale/Discounted items, or gift wrap, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
16. The gift voucher has a 12 month expiry from the date of your qualifying purchase.
