Purchasing an item on finance is a great way to spread the cost of a watch or an item of jewellery. You'll pay no interest when choosing this option and you can choose to spread your payments over 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months. You will choose your final terms after placing your order at the checkout, but you can use the calculator on product pages to decide on a suitable option before committing.
Those looking to finance for longer can use 60 months Classic Credit finance available on most products. With an APR of 7.9% you can spread the cost over 5 years. Discounted/sale items on our website can be purchased on 14.9% APR finance over 24, 36 and 48 months. You will choose your final terms after placing your order at the checkout, but you can use the calculator on product pages to decide on a suitable option before committing.
The minimum deposit amount is just 10%. If you would like to pay a higher deposit to reduce your repayments then you may pay up to 50% upfront.
Using finance allows you to spread the cost of a purchase over a set period of time. In general terms, you will be borrowing the purchase amount and paying the lender back on a monthly basis, in this case Klarna. A credit check is required to complete your application so please ensure all information entered is true and correct. A decision is usually instant and most applications do not require any further checks, however if your application is referred you may be asked to contact Klarna to further confirm some personal details.
Larger payments can be made at anytime during your agreement to pay off a chunk of the loan. Your monthly repayments thereafter will adjust to the new remaining amount. You can also finish your finance agreement early at anytime with a bulk payment of the remaining loan. In both instances please contact Klarna direct with your application number and they will be able to assist further.
Here is an example breakdown of what you will pay when purchasing an item on 24 months 0% finance from Robert Gatward:
Price of item: £2,400
Deposit: £240 (10%)
Amount borrowed: £2,160 (2400 minus 240)
24 monthly repayments of: £90 (2160 divided by 24)
Other charges: £0.00
Total amount payable: £2,400
Jewellery and watches that are £300 or more are eligible for finance (exclusions apply). You may also purchase a number of items that total £300 or more on finance, just add them to your bag and the finance option will appear. The maximum loan amount is £25,000.
If you are aged 18 or over, a resident of the United Kingdom and live/lived in a permanent address of at least three years in the UK you may apply for finance. To be accepted for finance you must meet Klarna’s criteria and pass a credit check. Unfortunately we cannot offer finance to anyone located outside of the UK, even if you have previously lived there.

What is The APR?
The annual percentage rate (APR) is displayed clearly on the credit summery and throughout the credit application process. It is also shown clearly on the credit agreement itself.
How are my monthly payments made?
Monthly repayments will be taken via direct debit from your bank account. The finance company will inform you of the date that your repayments will commence. The first payment is typically due 30 days following the date of delivery of your order.
Can I pay off the loan early?
Yes, you have the right to repay all or part of the credit early at any time by contacting the finance company. Please note that interest rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Are there any other charges?
If you fail to pay any amount you owe under the Credit Agreement by the date it is due, the finance company may charge you interest on that amount, they may also levy additional fees - details of these can be found in the credit agreement.
Can I cancel the credit agreement?
You have the right under section 66A of the Customer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement).
