In the 1960s, Breitling designed a timepiece, the Slow Motion, specifically to meet the needs of scuba divers, creating a watch with clean lines, luminescent indexes, squared-off hands, and a high-contrast dial ring for maximum legibility in order to meet the divers' critical timing demands. The Breitling Superocean 42mm Green Dial Bronze Automatic Gents Watch N17375201L1S1 brings performance and style to all water-based activities.
Practical, yes. But what people really fell in love with was the look. The new Superocean retraces the Slow Motion's celebrated design codes, while adding modern features, like a ceramic-inlayed bezel and brightly colored dials. Broad hands and indexes in luminescent Super-LumiNova® allow for easy readability underwater. The watch is water resistant to 300 m (1000 ft), as well as being shock-, sand- and saltwater-resistant.
The bronze version employs a corrosion-resistant alloy that will develop a beautiful patina over time, making the watch completely unique. Both strap options (rubber and metal bracelet) feature a folding clasp with adjustments up to 15 mm, making it perfect for beachwear. Its scratchproof ceramic bezel won't deteriorate, and the uni-directional/bi-directional bezel lock (on the 46mm) provides added safety. The Superocean is a versatile, nostalgic piece that fits any occasion - from surfing, to swimming, to nights out.

We are proud to offer free UK delivery on all orders placed on our website. Robert Gatward Jewellers currently only operates and supplies to the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 12pm Tuesday – Friday will be dispatched the same day (stock permitting). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. If there is a specific day that you would like to receive your order, please let us know as soon as you have placed your order and we will try our best to accomodate.
Orders that total £100 or more will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders that total less than £100 will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery (1-2 working days). Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery with this service we have found that the majority of these orders arrive the next working day, in some cases including Saturday.
