The Omega Speedmaster Professional is the outcome of the true pioneering spirit of Omega's commitment to excel. Classed as the first flight qualified timepiece used by NASA, its durability and overall achievements are astounding. Housed in a 42mm brushed stainless steel case, its iconic black chronograph dial remains unchanged from the original timepiece and features luminous hands and markers for optimum readability.
Hesalite crystal glass protects the watch due to its ability to crack rather than shatter, which avoided the possible outcome of glass circling and clogging spacecraft instruments. The manually wound calibre 1861 stays true to the original design used in 1969 with an added rhodium-plated finish and a power reserve of 48 hours.
Presented on a stainless steel 3 row bracelet, The Omega Speedmaster Professional now comes complete with a presentation box featuring a Velcro strap, NATO strap, strap changing tool, Speedmaster emblem, eye loop, and books on the history of the Omega Speedmaster Professional. We are proud to offer free UK delivery on all orders placed on our website. Robert Gatward Jewellers currently only operates and supplies to the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 12pm Tuesday – Friday will be dispatched the same day (stock permitting). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. If there is a specific day that you would like to receive your order, please let us know as soon as you have placed your order and we will try our best to accomodate.
Orders that total £100 or more will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders that total less than £100 will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery (1-2 working days). Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery with this service we have found that the majority of these orders arrive the next working day, in some cases including Saturday.
